Easter at the Farm

I absolutely love the Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark. I bought a season pass for me and Little Buckaroo about a month ago and have definitely gotten my monies worth. Little Buckaroo and I go to the farm at least once a week but I couldn't wait for the Easter day at the Farm.

Easter day was forecasted to rain so in order to avoid the rain and crowds we got there as soon as the farm opened for the day. So...as soon as I got out of the car it started to sprinkle but it wasn't enough to slow us down. There was no additional charge to get in with our season passes which was a pleasant surprise. The rain stopped, I bought a few bags of carrots to feed the farm animals, then we were off. I can let Little Buckaroo down to run around and not worry too much about him getting lost, its wide open and Little Buckaroo knows the lay of the land. Though I always have a close eye on him.

First things first....we headed over to greet the Easter Bunny.

Think we were the first photo of the day.

Since I rushed out the door that morning I had forgotten Little Buckaroo's Elmo Easter basket. But no worries the farm had basket you could buy for only $3 then after the egg hunt they gave Little Buckaroo a few sweet treats.

We had our own private egg hunt.

After the egg hunt we played around the farm.....

Mikey being silly.

Mikey's first pony ride on "Chocolate".

Riding the pony "Marsmallow".

Miley loves riding the mini train.

Taking a ride around the fields.

Enjoying his Easter sweet treat.

Little Buckaroo and I had an awesome time as usual at the farm. The farm also has a tractor wagon ride that you can take to the field to pick farm fresh veggies and fruits or just take a ride around the farm.
